This first resource is from the self-professed “The Pasta Man,” Mateo Zielonka. He shows you how to make 32 different pasta shapes. It’s interesting to note that his pastas are very vibrant in color compared to the American resources.I figure he probably uses egg yolks that are more deep orange in color.
Bon Appetit has a great resource from the Pastaio of Eataly Flatiron, Luca D’Onofrio. I like that Luca used four types of pasta dough.
Epicurious has a great video on how to make every pasta, from Hilary Sterling of Vic’s Restaurant in New York City.
I haven’t personally tried making these yet, but it’s on my list of projects to do. I’m saving the videos here to refer back to them later. Enjoy, and let me know if you end up taking on making different pasta shapes as a project. I’d love to hear how it went. 🙂
