Hi! I’m Jackie, a 3rd culture Asian heritage chef based in the Pacific Northwest. In my former life, I have a background in restaurants, hospitality, and travel operation from Malaysian Borneo. I’m passionate about crafting authentic international homestyle dishes learned over a lifetime, and sharing my cooking with customers, friends, and family. Cooking is my zone of genius, and I love sharing warmth and happiness through food.
